Good news for all cruise fans: The cruise line TUI Cruises is reactivating the highly sought-after summer routes of "Mein Schiff 4" and "Mein Schiff 5" in the European Mediterranean. After a 50-day detainment of the ships in the blocked Persian Gulf, the company was initially forced to make sweeping cancellations. Now, the sailings of "Mein Schiff 5" from Heraklion (starting May 15, 2026) and "Mein Schiff 4" from Trieste (starting May 17, 2026) will take place exactly as originally planned.
