Mein Schiff 2 is currently undertaking its repositioning voyage from the Caribbean to Europe, following the conclusion of the 2024/25 winter season in the Caribbean. The entire journey to Bremerhaven in Northern Germany spans 17 or 20 days, depending on the booking. As a result of the necessary itinerary adjustment, the period without a port call is extended: the ship will now spend seven consecutive days at sea before reaching Tenerife on May 1, 2025.
Following the stay in Tenerife, the subsequent itinerary includes a sea day, followed by the scheduled call in Lisbon, Portugal, on May 3, 2025. Before the cruise concludes in Bremerhaven on May 8, 2025, further stops are planned in Leixões (near Porto, Portugal) and A Coruña (Northwestern Spain).
Subsequent to this transatlantic voyage, Mein Schiff 2 will commence its first summer season offering Northern Europe cruises departing from and returning to Bremerhaven. This marks a debut for the TUI Cruises newbuild, commissioned in 2019; the ship has not previously been homeported at the cruise terminal on the Weser estuary.
