However, the port call in Cadiz, originally scheduled for tomorrow, April 28, 2025, has been cancelled. Mein Schiff Relax will not call at the Andalusian port city. An alternative destination is also not planned for this day. Current data from ship tracking services indicate that the cruise ship has already set a direct course for Lisbon. Arrival in the Portuguese capital is expected as scheduled on April 29, 2025.
The reason for this short-notice itinerary adjustment is an official storm warning for the region around Cadiz. Meteorological services predict severe storm gusts for the entire day tomorrow, potentially reaching wind speeds of up to 104 kilometers per hour (approx. 65 mph). In the interest of passenger and crew safety, the decision was made to forgo the port call.
Adjusted Itinerary of Mein Schiff Relax (April 25, 2025 – May 5, 2025):
- Palma de Mallorca – Sea Day – Malaga – Sea Day (instead of Cadiz) – Lisbon – Sea Day – Tangier – Sea Day – Valencia – Palma de Mallorca
(Original Route: Palma de Mallorca – Sea Day – Malaga – Cadiz – Lisbon – Sea Day – Tangier – Sea Day – Valencia – Palma de Mallorca)
