Today, on Saturday, the AIDAcosma, the most modern ship from AIDA Cruises, starts its second winter season in the Canary Islands. Having already sailed the popular “Canaries & Madeira” route from Gran Canaria or Tenerife for the first time in winter 2023/2024, the “Kussmundschiff” is now returning to this classic winter destination for the 2024/2025 season.

From today until the beginning of April 2025, the AIDAcosma will moor in the port of Las Palmas on Gran Canaria every Saturday for the change of guests. From there, the cruise will continue with a relaxing day at sea to Funchal on Madeira and, after another day at sea, on to Santa Cruz on Tenerife, where there will be another embarkation and disembarkation every Wednesday. The route continues via Puerto del Rosario on Fuerteventura and Arrecife on Lanzarote before the ship finally arrives back in Las Palmas.

In addition to the AIDAcosma, AIDA Cruises will also be stationing the AIDAblu in the Canary Islands in the 2024/2025 winter season. The Sphinx-class cruise ship will sail various Canary Islands routes with voyages lasting between 7 and 14 days, also calling at destinations such as Agadir in Morocco, La Palma and La Gomera.
