Carnival Corporation's shareholder benefits will remain in place in 2025. This means that shareholders of the global cruise group can continue to claim on-board credit when traveling with the various Carnival Corporation brands. This naturally also includes the German brand AIDA Cruises.

In addition to AIDA Cruises, shareholders also benefit from on-board credit with other well-known brands such as Carnival Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn, Cunard, Costa Cruises, P&O Cruises and P&O Australia. The amount of credit depends on the duration of the cruise. For AIDA cruises, for example, share holders receive 40 euros for a cruise of up to 6 days, 75 euros for 7-13 days and 200 euros for longer cruises of 14 days or more. It is sufficient to submit proof via the myAIDA portal.

For other Group brands, the on-board credit varies depending on the market, which makes the regulations somewhat more complicated in some cases. Costa Cruises, for example, is managed as a brand for both the North American and European markets, which can result in different credit amounts. Carnival provides more detailed information on this on its website: Carnival Corporation Shareholder Benefits.

The prerequisite for claiming the on-board credit is a shareholding of at least 100 shares in Carnival Corporation. It should be noted that the share price and thus also the value of the shares are subject to fluctuations and the purchase of shares should be carefully considered, especially if the financial commitments could potentially entail risks.
