On Monday, October 21, 2024, the port of Haugesund will not be visited due to strong winds. As an alternative, AIDAdiva will visit the southern Norwegian coastal town of Kristiansand, where the ship will dock in the early hours of the morning. After this stopover, the AIDAdiva will continue its journey towards Bergen as planned.
AIDA Cruises is responding to the change and adjusting the shore excursion program for passengers. All excursions booked for Haugesund will be canceled and affected guests will receive a refund. Some new excursions will be organized at short notice for the new stop in Kristiansand.
This Norway cruise will be AIDAdiva's last week-long fjord voyage of the 2024 summer season, but the autumn storm currently affecting Northern Europe will prevent all originally planned ports of call. Two shorter voyages to Scandinavia will follow the completion of this voyage before AIDAdiva leaves Warnemünde on November 4, 2024 and sets sail for the Mediterranean.
Original itinerary of the AIDAdiva from October 19 to 26, 2024:
Warnemünde - sea day - Haugesund - Bergen - Vikoyri - Eidfjord - sea day - Warnemünde
Adapted itinerary of the AIDAdiva from October 19 to 26, 2024:
Warnemünde - sea day - Kristiansand - Bergen - Vikoyri - Eidfjord - sea day - Warnemünde
