Kiel has two main cruise berths: The centrally located Ostseekai is just two kilometers from the main train station. The Ostuferhafen, on the other hand, is located further from the city center, at a distance of 7.5 kilometers from the station. On Sunday, August 17, 2025, travelers heading to the Ostseekai should be aware of changes to the traffic situation. Due to a triathlon, there will be road closures in Kiel's city center. This could significantly extend the travel time to the AIDAbella. It is therefore highly recommended to allow extra time for your journey and to drive via the A215 and B76.
