Major Maritime Event in Hamburg: AIDA Festival Cruise Finale and Triple Ship Call for Port Anniversary

The past five days aboard AIDAprima were characterized by exuberant celebrations. Top-class artists such as headliner Ski Aggu, internationally acclaimed DJ Robin Schulz, the Swedish rock band Mando Diao, and rapper MoTrip provided unforgettable moments. The immense enthusiasm of the guests was also reflected in beverage consumption: within just two days, 18,000 bottles of Salitos were consumed on AIDAprima. The popular drink of the event cruise, which led to Stavanger and Kristiansand in Norway, even had to be restocked during the voyage due to high demand. On three stages – in the Theatrium, the Beach Club, and on the AIDA Plaza with the adjacent D6 Disco – renowned stars delivered a diverse entertainment program daily until the early morning hours.

With the conclusion of the Festival Cruise 2025, the elaborately installed festival stages, including complex sound and lighting technology, will be dismantled from AIDAprima. The ship will then resume its regular cruise operations. There is already good news for fans of the format: the next AIDA Festival Cruise for 2026 is already available for booking. The third edition of this special event cruise will take place from June 8 to 12, 2026, and will head to Zeebrugge in Belgium. As part of today's triple ship call in Hamburg, both AIDAprima and AIDAluna are conducting passenger changeovers. In the evening, AIDAprima will depart with new guests for an eleven-day discovery voyage along the Norwegian fjords. AIDAluna will set course for the British Isles for a 14-day period. MS Amadea from Phoenix Reisen, on the other hand, is gracing Hamburg on the occasion of the 836th Port Anniversary. For this ship, the Hanseatic city represents the final port of call on an extensive Western Europe cruise that began in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, and will conclude in Bremerhaven.
