AIDA Cruises hat heute offiziell das Flottenmodernisierungsprogramm „AIDA Evolution“ auf die Hyperion-Klasse ausgeweitet. Für rund 200 Millionen Euro werden die AIDAperla (Frühjahr 2027) und die AIDAprima (Frühjahr 2028) bei der Chantier Naval de Marseille umfassend modernisiert. Dass Schiffe bereits nach rund zehn Jahren ein derart massives, 100 Millionen Euro pro Schiff teures Refit erhalten, ist ein klares Signal für den rasanten Wandel in der Kreuzfahrtbranche und den Anspruch der Reederei, technologisch und konzeptionell am Puls der Zeit zu bleiben.
