The musical program deliberately departs from classical symphonies. Instead, AIDA is bringing Mark Forster, LEA, and Revolverheld—three true heavyweights of the German pop and pop-rock scene—to the stage in the Grand Hall. With their emotional and captivating songs, the artists perfectly appeal to the diverse target audience of cruise guests. From exuberant party vibes to quiet moments, the music reflects the multifaceted nature of a sea voyage.
A central aspect of the event is the good cause. From every ticket sold, 30 euros go directly to the "AIDA Cruise & Help" initiative. In collaboration with the FLY & HELP foundation, the entire proceeds of the evening will be used to finance the construction of new schools in countries such as Zambia, India, or Indonesia. Through this direct aid, the company assumes global responsibility and strategically invests in the home regions of its international crew members.
At the same time, the concert marks the starting signal for a more sustainable future. Under the "AIDA Evolution" program, the shipping company is currently undergoing a deep modernization of its existing fleet. By using bio-LNG, rapidly expanding the use of shore power, and developing multi-fuel engines, AIDA is preparing for the coming decades. In this way, the company demonstrates that cruises, cultural commitment, and global responsibility can successfully go hand in hand.
