Passengers on board were informed about this necessary adjustment yesterday, Tuesday. The information was communicated via a public announcement from the ship's command and through a letter distributed to the cabins while the MSC Euribia was on its approach to Hellesylt.
This incident is one of a series of weather-related itinerary changes that have recently affected several cruise ships along the Norwegian coast. Among others, the MSC Poesia and several ships from the AIDA fleet, including the AIDAbella, AIDAsol, AIDAprima, and AIDAnova, have also had to adjust their schedules.
The next scheduled port of call on the MSC Euribia's route is now Flåm, where the ship is expected to dock as planned tomorrow morning at 8:00 AM.
