Traffic Disruptions Due to a Major Event on August 2, 2025

AIDA Cruises is currently warning passengers embarking on AIDAperla on Saturday, August 2, 2025, of significant disruptions during their arrival. The reason is a major event taking place in the city.

According to the cruise line, both the usual shuttle service and the luggage drop-off service at the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) will be canceled on this day. As an alternative, a shuttle transfer will be provided from the Elbbrücken U-Bahn and S-Bahn station (at the substitute stop Baakenwerder Straße), where guests are requested to proceed with their luggage.
