From August 13 to 17, 2025, Bremerhaven will become a global hub for maritime enthusiasts. With over 250 ships and more than one million expected visitors, SAiL Bremerhaven once again cements its status as one of Europe's most significant maritime festivals. As a Gold Sponsor of the event, AIDA Cruises reaffirms its strong connection to the Bremerhaven cruise port. High-profile musical artists such as Johannes Oerding, Ronan Keating, and the No Angels will provide top-tier entertainment.

A key feature of this partnership is the spectacular showcase of the cruise ship AIDAsol. On Saturday evening, August 16, 2025, at approximately 10:50 PM, the ship will be impressively staged on the Weser River against the backdrop of the Hotel Atlantic. A formation of 300 drones will perform a choreographed show in the sky, accompanied by a synchronized light installation on board the AIDAsol.

Guests will have the unique opportunity to witness this maritime spectacle directly from the ship. AIDA Cruises is offering special voyages for the occasion, including the "Great Britain & Norway with SAiL Bremerhaven" itinerary. For those making last-minute plans, a few cabins are still available on the 6-day "Norway from Bremerhaven to Hamburg" cruise, with prices starting at €1,080 per person.

In addition to the events on the water, the cruise line will have a presence on shore with the "AIDA Holiday World." Located on a 250-square-meter area near the German Emigration Center, this space offers comprehensive information for visitors. The offerings include travel consultations, a true-to-life show cabin, and interactive activities such as a prize wheel, a button-making station, and an AIDA "Kissing Stop" for selfies. A lounge area invites guests to relax and recharge their devices. The AIDA Holiday World will be open from Wednesday to Saturday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and on Sunday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
