Candidate Profile for a Career on Board

A prerequisite for employment is a completed apprenticeship or solid practical experience in the hotel or gastronomy sector. While previous experience in the cruise industry is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. However, excellent English skills are essential, as it is the working language on board and the crew is international. German language skills are also desired. Applicants should also have a high willingness to travel for several months on the world's oceans and the ability to integrate into a multicultural team.

Participation in the free recruitment day requires prior registration. Interested candidates are asked to bring a current CV (or résumé) and a valid photo ID (passport or national ID card). The program on board includes a company presentation, a comprehensive ship tour, and personal conversations with HR managers and crew members.
