Today, Sunday, May 18, 2025, AIDAprima is docked as scheduled in Flåm, situated on the picturesque Aurlandsfjord. From this port, the ship will now set course for Geiranger. This change in the itinerary means that the visit to Geiranger will be made up, effectively swapping the originally planned call in Ålesund with the current Geiranger stop in the schedule. The Norwegian leg of the journey will conclude on the upcoming Tuesday with a call at the port of Eidfjord.
However, the necessary adjustments to the routing have an impact on the duration of stays in the individual ports. Specifically, lay times in Flåm, Geiranger, and Eidfjord will have to be shortened. Additionally, AIDAprima will need to cover a longer distance overnight on two segments of the journey than originally planned.
The new timeframes are as follows: The departure from Flåm has been moved forward from 7:30 PM to 5:00 PM. For tomorrow, Monday, the stay in Geiranger is scheduled from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The arrival time in Eidfjord on Tuesday will be postponed from the original 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
