Seit dem 28. März 2025 liegt die Vasco da Gama von nicko cruises im portugiesischen Setúbal im Trockendock. Nach Abschluss ihrer Weltreise 2024/25, die am 18. März auf Teneriffa endete, absolvierte das Schiff noch eine zehntägige Kreuzfahrt zu den Kanaren, nach Marokko und entlang der Iberischen Halbinsel, bevor es vorübergehend außer Dienst gestellt wurde.

Following the completion of its 2024/25 world cruise, which ended on March 18 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the vessel embarked on a final 10-day voyage, visiting the Canary Islands, Morocco, and the Iberian Peninsula before being temporarily taken out of service.
