In der Nacht vor Mitternacht verließ das neue Kreuzfahrtschiff Mein Schiff Relax, das von der Fincantieri-Werft für TUI Cruises gebaut wird, den Werftstandort Palermo auf Sizilien. Der Bau des Schiffs ist noch nicht abgeschlossen. Eine Woche zuvor, am 11. Oktober 2024, hatte die Mein Schiff Relax nach ihrer ersten Probefahrt in Monfalcone das Trockendock der Werft in Palermo erreicht.
