The Disney Destiny is the second ship to be completed by Meyer Werft this year, following the Asuka III for NYK Cruises. Delivery to Disney Cruise Line is scheduled for this fall. As the third ship in the Wish class, the Disney Destiny is themed around "Heroes and Villains." Its maiden voyage is set for November 14, 2025, departing from Fort Lauderdale, USA. During its inaugural season, the ship will offer four- and five-night Caribbean cruises.
One year after its keel-laying in March 2024, the float-out marks significant progress in the ship’s construction. While the exterior hull is largely complete, work now focuses on interior outfitting. Standard cabins are being installed as prefabricated modules, while other areas are being custom-finished onboard.
The Disney Destiny is expected to leave the shipyard hall this summer. After several weeks in the harbor, it will be transported via the Ems River to the North Sea for extensive sea trials and final outfitting before delivery to Disney Cruise Line.
Disney Destiny Specifications:

- Width: 41 meters
- Shipyard: Meyer Werft, Papenburg (Germany)
