New series format at AIDA: Experience the unique AIDA spirit up close

AIDA is launching a new series format that captures the unique atmosphere and special team spirit on board the ships. This so-called “AIDA Spirit” is difficult to describe - you have to experience it for yourself. To make this accessible to outsiders, AIDA is launching the “Show your Spirit” series from October 9, 2024. This is intended to convey the AIDA Spirit in an emotional and impressive way.

At the heart of the new format is the AIDA corporate culture, which is characterized by values such as appreciation, teamwork and support. These principles are lived and promoted both on board the ships and on land. Through various joint activities, workshops and events, the employees experience the unique cohesion and express the AIDA spirit in their daily work.

In the series, the crew is divided into teams, each of which presents its own interpretation of the AIDA spirit. For example, there is the “Kabayan” team, which combines tradition and innovation. This team has chosen a traditional Filipino dance to show how tolerance and passion can lead to great results.

Another highlight is the “Rainbow” team, which celebrates diversity and inclusion at AIDA. In a colorful runway show, they emphasize that it doesn't matter who you love or what you believe in - everyone is welcome.

With the series “Show your Spirit”, which is broadcast weekly, AIDA invites everyone to experience the special team spirit and the diversity of the crew. The show gives exclusive insights into life on board and lets you feel what makes the AIDA Spirit so unique.
