Hanse Sail 2026: AIDAdiva Celebrates a Spectacular Departure in Warnemünde

The 35th Hanse Sail in Rostock-Warnemünde offers a special maritime highlight this Saturday evening. Around 10:00 PM, the cruise ship AIDAdiva will leave the port, escorted by the historic fireboat FLB 40-3. Since the planned high-altitude fireworks had to be canceled at short notice due to strong swells and wind, this water-based spectacle takes center stage. The colorfully illuminated water fountains of the fireboat will festively accompany the cruise ship's departure.

For the AIDAdiva, this appearance is an excellent opportunity to present itself at its best. In the spring of 2025, the Sphinx-class ship underwent the extensive "AIDA Evolution" modernization program. During this shipyard stay in Marseille, new suites were added, dining areas were expanded, and modern entertainment options were created for the guests on board.
