TUI Cruises is making its premiere at the Berlin CSD 2026. With its own truck and a clear motto for more visibility and diversity, the cruise line is sending a strong signal for the queer community. Timed with the two-day parade on July 24 and 25, the company is directly connecting its involvement on land with an exclusive travel event for the upcoming year.

The big highlight for all cruise fans is the revival of the "Rainbow Cruise." From September 28 to October 3, 2027, the Mein Schiff 2 will set sail once again. The route leads from the departure point in Palma de Mallorca across the Mediterranean to exciting ports like Palermo in Sicily and Cagliari in Sardinia. On board, guests can look forward to a colorful festival featuring top acts such as Conchita Wurst, Lucy Diakovska, and various internationally renowned DJs.

This combination of taking a political stance and offering a carefree holiday on the water is a clever move. While the CSD in Berlin attracts people with exclusive hotel packages and coveted spots on the truck, it simultaneously sparks excitement for the upcoming voyage. Whether relaxing in the sun on the starboard side during the day or enjoying the party night on the port side in the evening, guests will experience a safe, cosmopolitan environment on board where they can simply be themselves.

With this concept, TUI Cruises is specifically targeting a travel-loving audience. The established premium inclusive concept ensures a relaxed trip without hidden costs. It clearly shows: a cosmopolitan attitude and modern marketing can be perfectly combined to create unforgettable experiences for all passengers.
