Mein Schiff Flow: The New Cruise Ship from TUI Cruises
State-of-the-art technology is hidden under the hood. The ship is powered by innovative Azipod systems, which ensure extremely smooth sailing and make traditional rudders obsolete. In addition, TUI Cruises relies on liquefied natural gas (LNG) with dual-fuel engines, Euro-6 catalysts, and shore power connections. This drastically reduces emissions. Another highlight: even food waste is converted into useful bio-char on board through a thermal process.
On board, everything revolves around the motto "Go with the Flow". The clever neighbourhood concept ensures that the nearly 4,000 passengers can move across the 19 decks in a completely relaxed manner and without crowds. A real eye-catcher is the Agora Deck, featuring a Mediterranean flair and a 25-meter-long pool. Those who prefer exclusivity can book one of the new suites—the Loft Suite even features a private infrared sauna! Whether the cabin is located on the port side (Backbord) or starboard side (Steuerbord), solo travelers can also look forward to a wide selection of special, modern single cabins.
There will be an absolute premiere at the christening on June 20, 2026, in Trieste: for the first time, a fan from the community will be the godmother of the Mein Schiff Flow. After the festive christening voyage, the ship heads straight to the western Mediterranean for the first "Welcome Cruises" around Mallorca, Corsica, and Morocco. In the winter, the new build will set course for the Persian Gulf before returning to the Mediterranean in the summer of 2027.
