As of today, Sunday, July 27, 2025, the Celebrity Beyond has resumed passenger operations at the Port of Miami, embarking on a seven-day Caribbean journey. Throughout the past week, intense repair work was carried out on the ship. The Celebrity Beyond was moved to the Grand Bahama Shipyard in Freeport, where it remained for approximately four days for maintenance. Following its time in the shipyard, the ship conducted various maneuvers at sea on its return to Miami to test its technical systems.
Passengers on the current cruise were informed in advance about a necessary reduction in sailing speed. As a result, the original itinerary had to be adjusted. The ports of call, Cozumel in Mexico and Falmouth in Jamaica, were swapped in the sequence, and the docking times in some ports were also modified. While the Celebrity Beyond is now operational again, it appears she has not yet reached her full cruising speed, which complicates adhering to the originally planned route.
The original itinerary for the Celebrity Beyond from July 27 to August 3, 2025, was: Miami – Coco Cay (Bahamas) – Sea Day – Cozumel – George Town (Grand Cayman) – Falmouth (Jamaica) – Sea Day – Miami.
The adjusted itinerary is now: Miami – Coco Cay (Bahamas) – Sea Day – Falmouth (Jamaica) – George Town (Grand Cayman) – Cozumel – Sea Day – Miami.
